What We Build
PRECISION FABRICATED
EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Every exhaust we produce is bespoke — measured, designed, and hand-built for your specific vehicle in our in-house fabrication bay. We work with high-grade 304 stainless steel as our baseline material, and offer full titanium and inconel builds for performance and weight-reduction builds.
Whether you’re looking for a tasteful cat-back on a daily driver, a full turbo-back on a boosted build, or a complete header-back system for a race car, our fabricators work to your brief — delivering a system that looks as good under the car as it sounds at the tailpipe.
Every completed system is fitted and dyno-tested for both performance gains and sound level, with a handback review to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before you drive away.
Fabrication, not fitting: We don't bolt on catalogue parts. Every single bend, every weld, and every flange is made in our workshop — custom to your chassis dimensions. The result is a perfect fit, zero ground clearance issues, and a finish that no bolt-on kit can match.
SERVICE AT A GLANCE
What We Offer
EXHAUST SYSTEM TYPES
🔩
Cat-Back Systems
From the catalytic converter back. The most popular upgrade — improves exhaust note, reduces backpressure, and gives a noticeable improvement in throttle response without touching emissions-critical components.
🌀
Turbo-Back Systems
Full exhaust replacement from the turbocharger outlet. Downpipe included. Essential for any serious turbocharged power build — eliminates the most restrictive section and unlocks significant power gains.
🔧
Custom Fabrication
Bespoke one-off systems for swapped engines, unusual chassis, or radical builds where no catalogue option exists. We fabricate from scratch using your measurements and specifications.
⚡
Titanium Systems
Full-titanium cat-back or turbo-back systems. Up to 40% lighter than stainless equivalents with superior heat resistance. The choice for track cars and serious weight-reduction projects.
🎵
Sound Tuning & Valved
Electronic or vacuum-actuated valve systems that switch between quiet street mode and full-sport mode at the press of a button. Perfect for those who want both daily civility and weekend fire.
🏁
Headers & Manifolds
Custom-equal-length or tri-Y headers hand-fabricated for your engine. Maximises exhaust scavenging for naturally aspirated applications. Available in stainless or ceramic-coated mild steel.
How We Build
THE FABRICATION PROCESS
Sound & Spec Consult
Bring your car in. We listen to your goals, take engine specs, and agree on the exact sound profile, material, and system type before any work begins.
Under-Car Survey & Design
Your car goes on the lift. We survey clearances, map the full routing, and design the complete system — every bend, every flange, every tip angle.
Hand Fabrication & TIG Welding
Every section is cut, bent, and TIG-welded by our in-house fabricators. No catalogue sections. No compromises. Your system, your chassis, your dimensions.
Dyno Sound & Flow Test
Fitted and tested on our rolling road. We measure exhaust flow, confirm power baseline, and verify the sound signature matches your brief before handover.
Got Questions?
EXHAUST FAQS
Will a custom exhaust add power to my car?
Yes — reducing exhaust backpressure almost always results in measurable power and torque gains, particularly noticeable on turbocharged applications. For naturally aspirated cars, the gains are typically modest (3–8%) but are complemented by improved throttle response and engine sound. Turbocharged builds with a full turbo-back can see 10–25% increases depending on supporting modifications.
Why choose custom over an off-the-shelf exhaust kit?
Catalogue systems are designed to fit a range of cars — which means compromises in routing, clearance, and sound. A custom-fabricated system is built to your exact chassis, which means perfect fitment, zero ground clearance issues, optimised pipework diameters for your engine’s power output, and a sound profile that you’ve actually signed off on before fabrication begins.
What is the difference between stainless and titanium?
304 Stainless steel is our standard material — corrosion-resistant, durable, and produces a clean mirror finish. Titanium is approximately 40% lighter, handles higher sustained temperatures, and develops a beautiful blue-to-purple heat colouration over time. Titanium costs more but is the choice for track cars, stripped-out builds, or anyone who wants the ultimate combination of performance and aesthetics.
Is a custom exhaust street legal?
It depends on configuration. Cat-back systems that retain the catalytic converter are generally legal. Removing the cat or adding a straight-pipe may cause your vehicle to fail an emissions test or noise inspection depending on your local laws. We’re happy to discuss legal options for your use case and can build systems to specific dB limits on request.
How long does fabrication take?
Simple cat-back builds are typically completed in 2–3 business days. Full turbo-back systems with custom pipework take 4–7 days. Complex builds involving headers, custom manifolds, or multiple material options may take up to 10 days. All timelines are confirmed at your consultation appointment.
Do you offer a valve system for dual road and track use?
Yes — we can integrate either vacuum or electronically-actuated exhaust valves into your system. These allow you to switch between a quieter street mode and a fully-open track mode at the touch of a button. The valve system can be controlled via a dedicated switch, your OEM exhaust button (if applicable), or integrated into an existing controller.
